Refund Eligibility:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cartervale.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Procedure for Return/Refund Claim:
- Send us an email at sales@cartervale.com with the subject "Refund Request" or "Return Request".
- Attach clear photos/videos of the product that showcase the problem. This should include any size labels, actual measurements, flaws, or any other issue.
- Ensure the shipping label on the package is readable.
- Provide proof that the item was purchased on our Carter Vale website.
Refund Approval:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Upon receiving your refund request:
- You should send us clear pictures of the product that you want a refund.
- Our customer service team will review your claim diligently.
- If your claim meets our policy requirements, we will approve your request.
- Once approved, Carter Vale will provide a replacement free of charge.
Please Note:
- Damaged or defective items returned without their original packaging will not qualify for a refund.
- We do not cover the return shipping costs, unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Timeframe for Refund:

Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
